- What exactly do you do?
- Two services. Full service sets up your CGI account, prepares the DS-160 with you, and books the interview appointment. If you already have a CGI account, you can take slot booking on its own.
- What does it cost, and when do I pay?
- Full service is ₹15,500. Slot booking on its own is ₹12,500. You do not pay it all at the start. The advance is ₹5,500 for full service, or ₹2,500 for slot booking only. The rest is due when the appointment is confirmed.
- Is the government visa fee included?
- No. You pay the US government visa fee directly to them. A premium appointment fee, where a consulate charges one, is also separate.
- Can you guarantee a visa or a particular date?
- No. A consular officer decides the visa. The consulate decides which appointment dates exist. We make the application complete and consistent, and we book when a suitable date is open.
- Do you submit the DS-160 for me?
- You sign and submit your own DS-160. We do not submit it for you. For the appointment, slot booking asks for your CGI username, password, and three security questions on a private link. For full service, the employee collects those with you. They are not entered on the public request form.
- How will I know what is happening?
- After you request a call, an employee contacts you. Updates after that are by phone or email. Ask us what has been verified and what is still open.
